There is NO FEE to participate as a vendor or resource booth. Vendors are REQUIRED to have a WHITE TENT.
Celebrating Our Culture is bringing the community together for a day centered around family, history, culture, resources, and fun.
We are inviting businesses, nonprofits, community organizations, entrepreneurs, service providers, churches, agencies, and community partners to set up a booth and be part of the celebration.
There is no vendor fee. Instead, we encourage participating organizations and businesses, when possible, to help us create a great experience for families by donating an item, service, activity, giveaway, or resource for event participants.
Examples include food, drinks, cotton candy, popcorn, gift bags, promotional items, children's activities, balloon animals, face painting, games, prizes, school supplies, resources, coupons, gift cards, or other giveaways.
Electricity:
The venue does not have electricity available for vendors. Vendors bringing generators should be whisper quiet models, have a safety enclosure (barricade or fencing) to keep public from accessing them and follow all Austin Fire Dept. regulations including having proper, and currently inspected required fire extinguishers.
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT:
As a participant in The Celebrating Our Culture Parade and Cook-out, I assume complete responsibility for personal injury to me or damage to property which may occur during the event or while I am on the premises of the event. I hereby release and hold harmless the Jump On It, City of Austin, sponsors, promoters, and all other persons associated with the event from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage. I grant permission for any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs, video tapes, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever. I have read this Waiver, understand it and sign below of my own free will.
